1. Our Refund Commitment

At DaggerAI, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered interview tools to help you succeed. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. It is based on a simple principle: if you haven't used what you've purchased, you are eligible for a refund within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

Our refund policy is based on the usage of the credits you purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, your request must meet the following two conditions:

  • Within 30 Days of Purchase: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Completely Unused Credit Package: Absolutely none of the credits from the purchased package may have been used. This includes any partial use. If even one second of one credit from a package has been consumed, the entire package becomes ineligible for a refund.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents abuse of our digital services, which are made available to you immediately upon purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Partially or Fully Used Credit Packages: Any package from which credits have been used is non-refundable.
  • Purchases Older Than 30 Days: Any purchase made more than 30 days ago is no longer eligible for a refund, regardless of usage.
  • Credits from Previous Refunded Purchases: If you repurchase credits after receiving a refund, the new purchase is not eligible for a second refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is a simple, three-step process:

    • The purchase date or a copy of your receipt.
    • A brief reason for your request.

  3. Confirmation and Processing: Once approved, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

5. Refund Processing & Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following timeline:

  • Refunds are typically processed by us within 2 business days of approval.
  • It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Accidental Purchases & Billing Errors

If you believe you have made a purchase by accident or have identified a billing error (such as a duplicate charge), please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. We will investigate the issue promptly. Accidental purchases fall under our standard refund policy: they are fully refundable within 30 days as long as the credits are unused.

7. Credit Usage Policy

To provide maximum flexibility, all credits purchased on DaggerAI do not expire. They will remain in your account indefinitely until you use them for an interview session.
